About
Helping Educators Create Classrooms They Love
I'm Hans Tullmann — an award-winning educator and education consultant with over 20 years in both the classroom and the district office. I've trained more than 7,000 educators worldwide across 200+ sessions, helping schools and districts boost engagement, simplify teaching, and get real results from the technology they already have.
If you lead a school or district, I partner with you to turn tools and training into lasting classroom change — not one-off workshops that fade by spring.
Why "Teach to Thrive"
Traditional teaching methods weren't designed for today's classrooms. Too many great teachers are held back by outdated practices and the belief that "this is the way we've always done it." I'm here to break through that.
My mission is to empower a new generation of educators to build classrooms they — and their students — genuinely love: engaged, independent, and eager to learn. The technology is already in the room. What's usually missing is the training and strategy to unlock it.
